The output is a shared, prioritised backlog of ideas with clear criteria for what to tackle first. From there, we run a time-bound, low-cost proof of concept to validate the most promising idea before any significant investment is made.

If the PoC proves valuable, we have a clear pathway to take it to MVP and into production. If it doesn’t, we return to the backlog and progress the next idea.
